Ooh!! Cookies and Cream

Introduced as part of our Dairy-Free Decadence Series and joining the Classics menu in February 2023, each ingredient achieves new heights with homemade additions like peanut brittle and burnt caramel fudge for extra decadence. Originating from a classic American ice cream flavor from the 1980s, Moose Tracks, known for its salty moose tracks fudge and loaded with peanut butter cups, our version adds layers of salty, sweet, chewy, and crunchy goodness. Starting with a lightly salted vanilla coconut cream base, we create two epic additions: Peanut Butter Brittle Peanut Butter Swirl, made with crunchy peanut brittle cracked into small pieces and swirled with peanut butter for crunch and sweetness. The final touch is our Caramel Fudge, where sugar and tapioca syrup caramelize, then mixed with coconut cream, salt, and chocolate for a soft, chewy, and rich fudge.
