Shipping Schedule
At checkout, simply choose the week or date you would like to receive your ice cream. For planned events, we recommend selecting a week that is 1-2 weeks ahead of your celebration for an on-time arrival.
We ship Monday through Friday and our packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday — depending on the shipping destination, shipping method, and day and time of checkout. Please note that not all shipping destinations are eligible for Saturday delivery. We do not deliver on Sunday or Monday. Certain days may be unavailable for delivery depending on location, holidays, and other factors.
Once you’ve placed your order, your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your delivery changes.

How It Works
Nationwide Shipping
Localicious Caribbean Ice Cream proudly ships to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia. To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery, we ship using both FedEx and UPS, with the carrier selected based on your delivery ZIP code. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Frozen Fresh Delivery
Every order is carefully packed in an insulated shipping container with dry ice to keep your ice cream frozen throughout transit. Our packaging is designed to maintain product quality and freshness from our freezer to your doorstep.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Fast Transit Times
To preserve freshness and quality, all frozen shipments are delivered using expedited shipping methods. Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days after shipment and are never intentionally kept in transit longer than necessary.
No Signature Required
For your convenience, FedEx and UPS are authorized to leave packages at the delivery address without a signature. This helps avoid missed deliveries and ensures your ice cream arrives frozen and ready to enjoy.

There’s nothing better than surprising someone with handcrafted Caribbean ice cream! If you’re sending a gift, we recommend confirming that the recipient will be available to receive the package and place the ice cream in the freezer upon delivery. Since our products are perishable, timely retrieval is important to ensure the best experience.
No Pricing Or Payment Information Included
Sending a gift? No worries. We never include receipts, pricing information, or payment details in our shipments, so your gift arrives looking thoughtful and professional.

Return Policy
At Localicious Caribbean Ice Cream, every order is handcrafted and packed with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or not in satisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the package and product so our team can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment at our discretion.
